The invited reviews will constitute a special issue of
Astronomische Nachrichten - Astronomical Notes; Volume 331, Number 5 (June 2010).
These reviews plus a collection of papers from the highlight talks will be published in Reviews in Modern Astronomy 22.
The organizers of the splinter meetings will arrange for
the possible publication of proceedings of their meetings.
Formatting
 AN style and instructions for
- invited reviews (maximum 10 pages),
- Schwarzschild and Biermann lectures (maximum 16 pages), and
- highlight talks (maximum 6 pages, to be published in Rev. Mod. Astron. 22 only)
