The IAU Symposium 259 Proceedings will be made available both in book form and electronically.

For the Proceedings, use has to be made of style-files provided by the IAU Publisher: Cambridge University Press (CUP). Style files and Instructions for Authors can be found at: ftp://ftp.sron.nl/pub/karelh/UPLOADS/IAU-CUP.dir/authors.dir. Detailed instructions are in the README.txt file.

NEW PAGE LIMITS: Invited Reviews have 10 pages, Invited Contributions or Contributions 6 pages, and Posters have 2 page allocated in the Proceedings. There is a total page limit agreed between IAU and CUP, and we must adhere to these limits. The IAU contract with CUP stipulates that Proceedings should be published six months after the Symposium. CUP needs three months for the production process, leaving the three months right after the Symposium for the Editors to complete their task.
