To download and read or print I have created a few different versions:
- People who already know the papers the Thesis consists of only need to look at Introduction and Summary (pages 1-24 and 141-155). I therefore prepared this file [gzipped PS, 10.0 MB].
- If you really want to print the whole Thesis I have created seperate Postscript files for the grey pages [gzipped PS, 3.8 MB] and the color pages [gzipped PS, 8.0 MB]. Both are for double-sided printing.
- The complete Thesis [PDF, 25.4 MB], this is most convenient for viewing on screen (with hyperlinks etc.).
- The Thesis is now also officially electronically published at Göttingen's University-Library "SUB".
