Registration
If you wish to register, please send an email to potsdam2009@aip.de with your name, institution, and dates of arrival and departure. If you would like to give a talk, please also send us a title and an abstract.
The deadline for registration is the 29th March 2009 since after this deadline the programme will be finalised and circulated.
Please notice that the 29th March is also the deadline for hotel reservations and that the hotel management will have no flexibility on this date.
The registration fee is 200 euros and can be paid in cash at the registration desk, which also sells tickets for the conference dinner. The registration desk is at the conference venue. It will be open every day in the half an hour before the starting of the morning and afternoon sections and during coffee breaks and tea breaks. There will also be an opportunity to register during the welcome reception at the Mercure Hotel on Monday evening
