The command to turn off the calibration light. Any movements that must be performed to feed the telescope light into the fiber are internally included in the command.

Constructs a new calibration-off command. This includes movement of any wheeles, stages, etc. necessarry to feed the telescope light again in the spectrograph as well as turning off the calibration light.
