public class ProtocolError
extends ErrorEvent

An error indicating problems with the command submission. It has a follow-up of ErrorEvent.RESEND_COMMAND. A CommandLaunching instance that receives this error from a peripheral devices consumes the error and resends the last command. Additionally, any Alarms started in conjuncture with the previous, unsuccessful sent command are terminated.

Constructs a protocol error.

ProtocolError

public ProtocolError(Object src,
                     String type,
                     long time)

Constructs a new protocol error. Classes handling this error should not only check for instances of protocol error but should also query the follow-up action of the error event. A protocol error has a follow-up action of ErrorEvent.RESEND_COMMAND.
