public class FixedDelayMerit
extends EvenlySpacedMerit

A flavour of the EvenlySpacedMerit. A fixed delay merit always schedules the next observation to the last (succesful) observation. This means that, in the long run, the frequency of the observations will be less than the reciprocal of the stated period.
