public class OneObservationMerit

A class defining a one-observation merit. The merit it returns is always
equal to the impact factor, as long as the number of successful
observations is not equal to KEY_MAXOBSERVATIONS.

OneObservationMerit
public OneObservationMerit(Map prop)
- Constructs a one-observation merit, defaulting the
KEY_IMPACT
and the KEY_MAXOBSERVATIONS
parameters. Proper creation should be
done using the
AbstractMerit.createMerit(java.util.Map)
method. This create method also takes care of proper parameter
overloading.
getMerit
public double getMerit(ParameterClustering set,
TargetDefinition target,
Collection ignore,
long dummy)
- Calculates the actual time slot merit. If the number of successful
observations is below
KEY_MAXOBSERVATIONS, the
KEY_IMPACT merit is returned. If the target definition is not
history aware, one is returned.
As this merit focusses inly on number of picks, the time span is
ignored.

isCompleted

- Returns true, if the number of successful observations has reached the
requested value.
