| On the first day, we were traveling to the park. The Grand Circuito,
or the version we did,
almost circles the park and covers a distance of approximately 80 km. We did the whole trail in eight days, giving you a not-too-hard walk every day. Still, one should not underestimate the terrain found in the Torres: Mile-long mud fields follow primeval, trail-less forests, snowfields and moraines garnished with high-speed winds, cold and mostly rainy weather, but sometimes sunshine. I will lead you through our travel, show you some sights, but will not talk too much because nobody ever reads the text on a web-page. Already at the day of our arrival some pretty sights revealed:
