Project Objectives The main obejctive of our project is to study in detail the kinematics and physical conditions of a sample of active galaxies in order to: to look for a possible correlation between large-scale morphological structures and observed kinematical deviation from the standard rotational behaviour to study the nature of outflows close to the active nucleus. Study the relation of activity to interactions or merging phenomena. and finally discuss the unification models.
