 emographics\, and Atmospheric Evolution of Small Exoplanets\nAbstract: Und
 erstanding the diversity of small exoplanets requires precise measurements
  and systematic surveys that connect individual discoveries to the physica
 l processes shaping planetary populations. Photonic E-MARCOT is a proposed
  ground-based facility designed to address this challenge by combining the
  light collected by multiple telescopes through astrophotonic technologies
 . Its modular architecture offers a scalable path from an initial collecti
 ng area equivalent to a 5-m telescope towards a 15-m-class facility dedica
 ted to exoplanet science. In this talk\, I will introduce the project and 
 discuss three complementary science cases currently under investigation.\n
