The Webcam is located at the Vacuum Tower telescope, which is situated across the street from the STELLA building. On July 27 2002, we moved the camera from its former location inside the building (in front of the Halpha laboratory on the first floor) to the top of the tower. It is mounted next to a similar device for the GREGOR telescope construction site.
We use a AXIS 200+ distributed by Blue Communications, mounted in an outdoor housing by SeeTec. The aluminum mount seen at the bottom of the WebCam housings is made by the AIP workshop.
