Title: Photonic E-MARCOT: Exploring the Composition, Demographics, and Atmospheric Evolution of Small Exoplanets

Abstract: Understanding the diversity of small exoplanets requires precise measurements and systematic surveys that connect individual discoveries to the physical processes shaping planetary populations. Photonic E-MARCOT is a proposed ground-based facility designed to address this challenge by combining the light collected by multiple telescopes through astrophotonic technologies. Its modular architecture offers a scalable path from an initial collecting area equivalent to a 5-m telescope towards a 15-m-class facility dedicated to exoplanet science. In this talk, I will introduce the project and discuss three complementary science cases currently under investigation.
