How to access the private scan folder

Windows:

Type \\velde.astrophysik.aip.de into the address bar of the windows explorer.

If you are asked for authentication please enter your windows account credentials. Afterwards you can find your personal folder that contains your scanned documents inside the folder "scanshare"

MacOS:

Open the finder and press Command + K. Now enter velde.astrophysik.aip.de into the filed "Server Address". By pressing the "+" you can add the server to your favorites.

After clicking on "Connect" you are asked for authentication. Please select "Registered user" under the point "Connect as" enter your windows account credentials. Please don't forget to set the tick to save the credentials to your keychain before pressing "Connect" in case it is desired.

In the next window you need to select the volume "scanshare" and confirm with "OK".

Afterwards you can see your personal folder that contains your scanned documents.

Linux:

Please open your file manager and type smb://velde.astrophysik.aip.de into the address bar.

Now you will be prompted for your windows account credentials - please note that your username has to be written like: astrophysik\username .

Afterwards you can access your personal folder that is located inside the "scanshare"
