Beim "Equity & Inclusion Journal Club" am AIP, englischsprachigen Treffen zu Gleichberechtigung in der Astronomie, können Mitarbeitende Artikel, Erkenntnisse, Veranstaltungen, Ressourcen und Erfahrungen austauschen, die für die Förderung von Gleichberechtigung und Vielfalt relevant sind. Diese Gruppe soll der Vernetzung untereinander dienen, um voneinander zu lernen und so eine Gemeinschaft von Verbündeten für Gleichberechtigung und Diversity aufzubauen.
